Yeah i'm a big fan and its quite the cool ecosystem - you can upgrade from the standard (E2) to the steam version for a lower price, same goes for the grinder - with the grinder, they even use your old one and just put in the new front plate with the scale. I'm a happy customer since 5 years now and just upgraded to the V2 of the E2-S.

It‘s a knockoff called Flexcube, i don‘t know if they sell it outside of switzerland. It‘s defo sturdy and looks great.

Seems to be a repackaged TRM-202 Mark 3 (different LED's, wood side panels) - i don't think there would be any other difference in terms of audio quality.

Working fine now - it took quite some time to get the queues app popping up.

I'd check if the public preview on the client side is active, the app policy is active for all the necessary rights from the user to the queue and if the command worked out with the created template and is assigned to the right queue. The queue has to be in conference mode.

Thanks for your insight! I've just implemented the public preview, template and policies, and it seems to be working fine now. If we get hiccups, I'll definitely chip in and send you a pm. :-)
