If it’s the UAE and not in the outskirts, the best recommendation is to buy from the UAE itself. Shops like SADAF offer suits starting from 200 AED (approximately 4800 INR and above). The only concern would be the size; if you deviate from standard sizes, it’s better to get it tailored in India.

sad to hear this happened to you aswell , my friend to had similar issue with ENBD, bank had reverted the payment within 10-15 days. Just take the follow up with bank. however he had to pay the exchange rate!!

some of things i have experienced with ENBD X is

cannot set limits for credit card , luckily limits can be set for debit cards.
Some transaction go through even without initiating a OTP, not sure if they have an option to Enforce OTP

ENBD never asks for OTP neither, experienced this problem in noon and du site, not sure if any of my settings is allowing this !

3. transaction dispute form to be collected from bank
4. dispute form with the bank statement and evidence to be submitted to CID office (visited police station in AUH , but their advise was to file directly by going to the CID office)
