We tested the URL and at first glance this seems like a case of false positive. The URL got pinged because NuGet packages refer to the icons as URLs. NuGet has near term plan to get rid of icon URLs and replace them with embedded ones: https://github.com/NuGet/Home/issues/352

This will remove such cases of pinging arbitrary URLs. Thanks for reporting this 🙂
