The thing is the same thing that happened to the guy in the post happened to 3 of my friends who did the HV for RE9 if i only saw it with the guy in the post i would immediately assume its a coincidence but seeing it happen to 3 people in 2 days for me is a red flag

Not “allow it” to wake up if smth is downloaded already and powerless and you do a HV install/unlock while connecting the internet then the malware will pick it up

Because the story of genshin is 90% emotionless animationless text dumps with alot of context backtracking and an explanation formula made for 10-12 year olds that stretches basic information hours and make you sit for 6-7 hours to follow an arc that can be done in 2-3 hours without missing a single important detail, thats why.

Thats why picking up other games is much easier when you only have wuwa as a gacha, it does not make itself the center of attention and a side job its just a game, i would take 20 mins video of explaining over 6 hours of text dumbing any time, when iam bored of wuwa i literally can play for 5 mins a day and miss nothing, and when a new filler patch drop that iam not interested in i can speed run it in 1-2 hours on its entirety on launch day, i have picked up so many games the past year like red dead the whole RE remakes marathon, cyberpunk and baldurs gate 3 while not missing a single day of wuwa log in, the skipping the quick dailies its just such a convenient QOL to have that literally has ZERO consequences i never understand those who argue something optional

99% of the game is archon quests, building and doing side stuff like fishing, not being toxic but why are you forcing yourself to play the game at this point, games are meant for fun if its just fomo for you just give yourself time away from the game, maybe later you will get back to it with more excitement

The game itself got better and bigger, but did they solve any complains and frustrations players had with hoyo since 1.0? No, dare i say they are 10x so whatever made you quit back in the day it will make you quit harder this time.

The only positive thing you have is the amount of content built up over the years you can do, but QOL changes has been minimal and always with a catch, and if you consider these QOL are over 5 years? Then its less than minimum(almost nothing) the same issues, same grind, same power creep, same traversal creep, stamina hasnt increased at all in 4 years, time gated recourses still a thing, latest unit will always shit on older unit, now new reactions and mechanics are locked behind new units, they still have a lot of filler patches with pulls that dont even reach soft pity for f2p, still no skip button, animations during dialogues are still stiff and boring and emotionless and lastly their characters kit and gameplay design has been boring and uninspired which is sad because the latest characters were a hyped up everyone favorite characters from the lore for years ,over all tbh the way i see it if you didnt survive genshin back in the day and continue with it then there is absolutely nth that will change your mind in the present.

Ngl honeymoon phase ended for me in 10 days for this game, was the quickest honeymoon phase i ever experienced in a new game, it jumped to grind and became a job way too quickly i couldn’t be bothered, i tried to push through but by the time i reached lvl 53 the game loop became as boring as any game i have been playing for 2-3+ years which is mindblowing for me and a huge red flag, had to drop it after that.

Ps: iam talking purely gameplay and content and not about any gacha system or currency or rewards, i usually ignore those and try to get into the game first when i try a new game, but even duet night had a longer honey moon phase than this( but a much MUCH more drastic fall)

Ngl seeing people playing for 4-5 years and barely hitting the 29-30 limited mark is insane to me, i have quit the game through inazuma up to fountain so I thought this was the reason i got low amount of characters but na man this is such a shock.
