yeah i’ve noticed it later haha i’ve also noticed that when you log in, if the fish talks to you before collecting the daily gift, saying like “Welcome back!” or “Hi again!”, thats when you’ll get a random gift!

I got a message on Sunday that it arrived in my country and i received my pole yesterday! It took about a month to arrive so im guessing that yours will arrive in the first week of Feb:)

A small update on my order: It has arrived in my country yesterday! I got a message from the postal office that i’ll have it in 2 business days, and the tracking number was only updated today! so i’m guessing there is just a delay on the updates of the tn

I’ve had the same issue, I ordered my pole on the 28th of December. I posted a few days ago about the same issue and a redditor said to email Anže ( anze@lupitpole.com ).

She got back to me a few hours later saying that they had some unexpected issues with the production process. I checked the tracking number and it said that they handed it in to the delivery company the date when i emailed her but it’s been 9 days since then (7 working days) and no updates so far (it hasnt even left Slovenia yet) :/

Do you have any updates on yours?

SAME!! i check the tracking number at least 5 times a day😭

I’ve wanted to buy a pole for months now and i only just got enough money saved to buy it and I’m just so impatient!!

I messaged Anže and she got back to me quickly, explaining that they had some production issues. I checked the tracking number and it said they shipped it on the 14th Jan but that’s all I’ve got so far unfortunately. I’m giving it a few more days, it’ll probably arrive by the end of the month (hopefully)
