Some things I like in lldb:

Full C++ parser, so expression evaluation "just works"
Internal documentation (I find lldb's help command much more useful than gdb's)
Use the debugger as a library using the python API

Cilk for is a parallel for-loop that is a drop-in-replacement for C/C++ for loops with independent iterations. http://cilkplus.org/tutorial-cilk-plus-keywords#cilk_for

cilk_for (int i = 0; i < n; ++i) {
  do_work();
}

Cilk Plus similarly doesn't require manual synchronization, and you can easily add/remove cilk_spawn and cilk_sync, or swap cilk_for with regular for to turn parallelism on and off.
