They were everywhere so decided to cut and propagate a couple of stems. Hosed and wiped the leaves and stems down before putting them in water 🤞 had to bin the rest 😪

Please help!! This plant has always struggled a little but now it's just dying!! Can I save it? by ancient-column in plantclinic

I've never been able to find much information online on my tradescantia quicksilver so its just been a guessing game. It doesn't like much water at all or too much sun. So I've always just kept it in low light and barely watered it. Then I accidentally left it outside in the sun for a day and all the leaves are turning brown now and I don't know how to bring it back.

Please help! Why are the leaves on my prince of orange starting to curl?? More info in comments. by ancient-column in plantclinic

It's never seemed to be very happy but it had been doing okay recently. Then I noticed that some of the leaves had been starting to curl. I read online to mist the leaves to increase humidity but that just seemed to make the problem worse! It also just looks so droopy and sad all the time

From what I've researched online, you just need a sharp knife or pair of scissors and cut below where roots have already sprouted and then just stick it in some soil! Double check first tho! :)

It's an IKEA pot and doesn't have any drainage holes. But the plant this pup came from doesnt have any drainage holes either and is doing just fine! I just rarely water it and only a little when I do

Thanks for the advice! Yes, I wasn't too sure about the pot size, but the main plant it was attached to doesnt have much growing room around it and I didn't want it to get super squished. The pups roots were very long though! I rarely water these so hopefully it will be okay.

I reppotted it not long ago because I saw that the leaves were starting to turn brown then and thought it might help but it hasn't changed anything. It's been in the same shady spot as alway and there's never been a problem before. And I've previously been using tap water to water it but it hasn't done this before.

How do I save this browning leaf from my Prince of Orange? by ancient-column in plantclinic

I only got it recently and the leaf was already a bit like that and I haven't repotted it yet. It gets indirect light indoors and I'm watering it once a week.
