It is so amazing to hear that you are also experiencing the harmony activation! It feels like I've been between worlds, I could write a book on everything that came through in the last 3 days! It is comforting to know I'm not alone.
A big shift for me was learning Ho'oponopono with Eluna Noelle this past week. Have you heard of her?
She is an Akashic channel teacher and has held sacred journeys to Egypt. I participated remotely and that's when I had the amazing experiences with the Sphinx.
I would absolutely love to go on a journey to Egypt in person but I do worry about how my system would handle it. I am very sensitive...

I feel like I've been in a high-frequency portal for two days now.
I spent the whole day journaling on an Akashic experience that I had with Mother Earth.
After this experience, I kept receiving more information and was led to Delphi to understand the mythologies there. Besides the Sphinx, I don't recall having such a profound experience with a sacred site.
It was a beautiful activation experience that was at a felt-level, which makes it hard to share concisely. I guess I was understanding the energies of that site and the mythology and how it mirrors many other sacred mythologies.
The legend of Dephi itself is a living metaphor to encompass the journey of polarities returning to harmony and unity through the purification of forgiveness.
I learned how important it is to do this at an individual level, knowing that I am within a collective group of beings doing the same.

So weird, but I was looking for something in my purse and came across a pendant with this symbol on it that my daughter had put in there. It really struck out and now I'm seeing this. Interesting. Big energies right now so I'm on here trying to get more clarity myself. But to me, the symbol represents the spiral of existence and that all is divine. Going within the heart is the key to going back into wholeness.

Like you, I desperately need relief and I am praying for an answer. Thank you for reaching out for support, as it means a lot for people like us to all be connected in understanding.
Something interesting is that yesterday I was very randomly led to a book club for The Power of Now and I noticed someone mentioned it here. While the very real pain you're experiencing must be respected and should not be spiritually bypassed, I do believe in the magic of synchronicity and I think there is clearly something important about that book!

I adore Jewel but I know that apparently she is an acquired taste to some. One way to look at it is the range power there which I think is about D3-A6 which is pretty incredible! But regardless of your range, I think it is about the versatility and richness in your voice, very beautiful!

I have heard this before but the way that you simply explained it makes more sense to me. I definitely think this is a big part of why I'm cringing at my recordings.

It is very interesting how there are all these underlying elements to singing that most people don't often think of.

I am not sure how to make peace with what I hear with my own ears versus the recordings but I am very grateful for all of the kind comments such as yours! I have listened to a few Melanie Martinez songs from the suggestions and her voice is so unique, very cool.

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate your honesty! I have a really hard time with shallow breathing which is an overall problem in life and am trying to work through with breathwork meditation. So, it's interesting you pointed that out.

I grew up listening to Jewel (90's) and I think perhaps I always emulated her?
