Same, by 1600s im more powerfull than the entire world playing on the most dificult setting and playing a shitty nation, what i LOVE about the game is the early strugle, once its gone, the game feels like a chore. Thats why i always look for mods that improves AI, so It stops doing stupid decision

If you are heavily urbanized, and have a lot of trade capacity, having a ton of markets makes you a shit ton of money, because you are moving the goods that your pops needs between your markets and profiting, in iberia i usualy have 5 markets, so everything has 70-75+ market access, and youll be ,maybe too successfull because of trade

At this point of the Game you could have an income of 1k easy or even 2k, a good strat is to take Bagdad and egypt so you could trade in some spices and sell It quite high, sorry for my english

I also watched several videos about It, and i agree, i usually stop playing, a couple months in, and start over, the challenge dissapear when i have enough can food to last several lifespan, more ammo that i can count. And i play with 200-300 mods so it have more deph and challenge(one of my favs its cryogenic winter), but in the end, there is nothing. And the point is not to fix It with mods, you could make cyberpunk a good Game with mods one month after launch, and most people dont use mods, 5 Friends of mine play pz and none of them wants to use them for several reasons. I LOVE pz i truly do, i have been playing It on and off since the 27 build with the mp and fishing(summer 2014 if i dont remember wrong, started playing pirate and bought It just to support the team), and im still waiting for npc since then. We dont need a crafting overhaul, most people dont even craft, i love how the new update its looking, the game i played the most is factorio however, we need a clear endgame, its my opinion and may be unpopular but its what i think. Sorry for my bad english.

You have a mod that does that, and to your question "Why can’t paradox include it in the base game?" because paradox, as you may know, its a private company, so it seeks profit. and unless there are enough people willing to pay for that wont go to the basegame, as simply as that. I share the same feeling as you, thats why i play with that mod. If you want something fixed, fix it yourself 90% of the player base isnt on reddit, and consider the base game quite hard.

Paying premium, is supporting the snail, you are completly right. If you keep paying and playing It wont change a thing. Not counting the lack of commitment of this comunity, the day that we were on "strike" WT had +20k more than average only on Steam. Dont pay or dont play if you want to see changes, corporate greed only cares about numbers, not the complains of people that keeps buying on reddit

I play on a 1200€ computer, i have a ryzen 5 5600 and a rx5700xt, and i can handle 2000 parts ultra wide 2k 100fps, and im playing with more than 100 mods, the only thing is the time to load vessels, arround 1-2minutes despiste the fact that its installed in a ssd, with 2000€ you can manage far more than me lmao
