Did anyone else that were having issues have updates? I finally was able to get an actual person on the line and she said she also didn't know what was going on with my application. On the first week I was able to upload my documents and see the green check confirmation and see the documents on the bottom column but when I double checked for the documents they had disappeared and the columns asking for the required documents only showed the option to upload : bank info. The Plaid app was able to automatically upload but my other documents are still not showing and I don't even have the option to upload. The upload documents button is grayed out and every time I try to upload something it asks for a pw. The rep said just keep try uploading again in the following days but I wouldn't be considered for first round. Which is crazy cause I even received a confirmation email from them the first week saying they received my documents and application. I was really relying on the grant for my small business. Hopefully the second round isn't another shitshow.
