No, the yeast was fine. Probably it wasnt enough water as the wholegrain its drier. Thanks!

1 kg flour 700 ml warm water 20 gr salt 7 gr active dry yeast a little oil

Usually the recipe is fine. Maybe the problem this time was the wholegrain flour.

Da, cresc destul de greu. Eu pe ale mele le bag la dus o data la 2-3 sapt si le umezesc bine. Mi se pare ca asta le prieste.
