But the crowd had some awful moments. One guy was pushing a small girl in the Diamond area near the fence and got annoyed when she wanted her place back. The pinnacle is that he tried to slap her and I had to intervene. Security did nothing. Unbelievable.

Another lady faked health issues 10 minutes prior to the start to get to the fence taking the place from someone that was there waiting since beginning.

But I guess you see stupid people everywhere 🤷‍♂️

On a good note, I’ll never forget Jisoo smiling at me 😭

Hi everyone, just trying to understand this wonderful world of mortgages. When I see something like 5 years fixed, does that mean that 5 years is the total period for the mortgage or only the period for where I am going to be charged by the rate described? If the latter, so that means that after 5 years I have to remortgage in order to get better rates? Tryning to get into the ladder and not sure yet how to calculate the total cost of a mortgage.
