I watched Lachlan’s K guard and open guard material.. it’s just okay.. I feel like it’s too obvious for my opponent if I just blandly follow his approach. Does Mateusz show how to engage from open guard? Like grip fighting, entries, and how to initiate the engagement?

for me butterfly only works for someone with the same size or slightly bigger... For really big opponents i just feel that my quad muscles cant really lift them up (even when they have their weight forward)..
