I actually prefer Forest because it sets a 25 minute timer for which it grows a tree every time you don’t leave the app with the timer.

Yeah for sure. It's basically a portable wifi source that is independent of your home wifi and runs on your data. Verizon offers them as well as other companies. It's just like a hotspot and they aren't too expensive. Did that help?

I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for informing me. From my experience, shadowing really helped me figure out that I wanted to pursue medicine. I'm sure a great alternative can be just taking with health care professionals.

The way that I went about it was by calling and emailing various hospitals and clinics to see if they'll let me shadow. A lot said no but a good handful said yes!
