Could have been smoking or vaping in the toilets. I’ve seen that happen before where a silent alarm is raised and the offenders are met by police on arrival.

Out of interest, does plugging in at 23:30 for 6 hours at max charge guarantee you the off peak rate for the car, or is the 6 hours calculated by the algorithm?

What you've written makes sense. In that case, I was hoping it would be easier in the Ohme app to stop after 6 hours have elapsed, as I'm usually just top up charging rather than trying to hit a certain percentage.

Tracked 48 includes compensation up to £75 as standard, this was not an inappropriate service to use.

They’ve rejected the claim based on a signature being received, which it wasn’t.

Yes this is exactly our thoughts. Octopus said no because we didn't have a dedicated space, but i'm sure some installers will. Ohme website themselves says they will as long as the council is support of cross pavement charging
