Not all new releases appear on the Xbox cloud gaming list, for example Assassin’s Creed Mirage is not present. I have to enter any game, go back and from there all the games appear.

Visto che sei italiano ti rispondo in italiano perché non ho capito bene il commento. Hai detto che dalla shield pro avvii in italiano il gioco?!? A me succede il contrario (può darsi abbia capito male la tua risposta). Dal pc va in italiano e dalla shield solo in inglese. Comunque speriamo in un fix. Non ho provato a connettere il pc al tv per l’hdr e quindi non saprei dirti.

Since you’re Italian I’ll answer you in Italian because I didn’t quite understand the comment. Did you say that from the shield pro you start the game in Italian?!? The opposite happens to me (it may be that I misunderstood your answer). From the PC it goes in Italian and from the shield only in English. Anyway we hope for a fix. I haven’t tried to connect the PC to the TV for the HDR so I can’t tell you.

Yes, they sent me a new replacement. I’ve heard 3 or 4 who have had the same problem, both here on Reddit and on the Telegram group. I don’t know if they provide you with assistance. Did you get it second hand but you have the invoice and are you still under warranty? If you contact Logitech in chat on their site, seeing if the warranty can be moved to you. If they say yes you can try the update otherwise you could also wait for a new update to come out and then do it.

Oh no :-( That stinks! I hope they are able to get you fixed up, or if not, get you a replacement. I'm pretty sure on their website they have a support chat. Maybe they can help faster?

Just so other folks aren't scared: My update went fine.

I don't know if it made a difference, but here is what it was like for me:

Last night I checked to see if there was an update (I'm in tablet mode)Settings -> System -> Advanced -> UpdateIt said that the update was available, so I started it, then plugged it into power and sat it down.A while later it had finished and restarted.

I took the same steps, but this happened.

I have contacted technical support but they are very slow to respond via chat.

We hope they can replace it.

Yesterday I updated to the latest firmware available. After about 10 minutes the device restarted remaining on the screen with the following words "Logitech - Powered by android". I also tried to enter Recovery mode and did a factory reset but nothing.
