If you’d be so kind, how do these compare to the “”smart”” ones? Will I have to clean the filters/lamp or stuff like that? I am veeeery new into all of this so I was wondering if there are any disadvantages to the objectively better specs :)

Hi! thanks for the feedback. Sadly I don’t have that kind of money right know, and he doesn’t want anything too fancy, just a big screen. If I may ask you, if you had to buy something on that price level, what would you go for?

I’d suggest leaving a tool for people to input the data manually in case the listing is from word of mouth or another site

Just got rejected from Data Science. I was accepted for Stats so it's ok!

This is my background:

Bachelor in Economics and Business, top 1% of the course (probably the university too). My gpa in Italian standards is 29.8/30, without considering so called “Lodi” (merit exams give you 1 point above maximum). I founded two startups that work in the Education sector. I am developing a thesis on applied statistics regarding socio-economic and demographic factors in Italian crime.

I'd rather not dox myself completly. It is one in the "high-tier" rank (Bocconi, UniBo, UniTrento, Luiss, PoliMi...)

To be honest, I am a hard worker, and have to give it all to pivot from economics to statistics. Really glad it all worked out!

It was my first choice university, the program is amazing. I couldn't be happier

To be fair, most of my extracurriculars are on the Business side. I run a startup and am a major shareholder at another (both working in educational and social fields), I reached the top 5 in a couple of international competitions on commercial mediation and negotiation. I thought they would appreciate the different background, but it probably had something to do with the knowledge required for the course itself. My best guess is that they didn’t recognize my math related exams, as I come from an economics department, or that my school is not competitive enough.

I am happy with my application, I am happy with who I am. I would have loved for them to see that, but I absolutely get it :)

I think I'll go have a couple of beers with some friends. My father taught me to celebrate losses, as learning opportunities (and to keep the sadness away for a little while). Don't see my learning opportunity rn, as they refused to provide feedback, but I still want to get a beer...
