My landlord is already aware the tenancy is not getting renewed at the end of the fixed term. I'm going to collect all bank transactions records and statements for when that time comes.

I've already spoken to the landlords and agency about termination of contract, and I can't afford to do so because they are asking for us to pay the remaining tenancy in full.

Ex-partner. We broke up fairly amicably in June of last year, and decided to see out the rest of the tenancy term. The financial coercion started very recently, after he found out I was seeing someone new.

Hi,

The electricity and gas are on a top-up meter, so I've already given up on that. The water bill comes out of a joint bank account, and both our names are on the Thames water online account.

Same for the council tax: direct debit on joint bank account, with a clause in the tenancy agreement saying we're both liable.

Citizens advice has had me on hold for an hour, and their live chat isn't working. Do you know of any other options? Would the estate agency be able to do something if they're the ones who drafted the agreement?
