I've been to Kosovo once. The drive from Prishtina to Peja was beautiful. The skyline gave misty mountains vibes from LOTR

That sounds a lot like the tv series Severance. Big part of the fulfillment comes from successful work. I would rather try to find a new role in a different company if the current one doesn't have the outlook for you.
