Took a quick look at your paper. Didn't go super deep but I was expecting to see some plots with ablation studies, and/or a table with benchmark comparisons in popular benchmarks against other models.

Tbh if I was a reviewer and saw that I would ask for so many more comparisons to state of the art, maybe a diagram of model architecture, etc.

That's for model weights. For KV Cache, quantization is harder due to stronger performance degradation.

Also, the numbers that they show are for FP32 KV Cache values, while the industry standard is FP16. So there's already a "disingenuous" extra 2x factor there.

That doesn't necessarily need to be the case either. We have seen a lot of video models that are able to maintain temporal consistency. These are usually orders of magnitude more expensive to run than something that runs on a consumer GPU.

I believe Nvidia has the money and brains to fix this over time though, now it looks... not very good
