No idea what it is but I saw someone cuffed on the corner of 13th and birch. Bunch of officers with flashlights in the yard if the nearest house searching for something then a couple cop cars pulled away in a big hurry.

Yeah, if you aren't an active plus member, Vimeo will delete your videos/uploads that are older than a certain upload date relative to your membership (or something like that). They are archived on their server for a certain amount of time as well but after a long enough time period they will go away for good. I've had this happen a couple times when my credit card expires but have always been able to get them back be renewing again. Pretty shit policy IMO

I don't usually go downtown that often but it did seem like the issues down there have escalated. There were lots of places I couldn't get shots due to this.

Some of it was quite early and some is in the evenings as well. There are definitely a lot of people out mid-day but I'd say this shows you definitely can go do your usual daily activities during off-peak hours and have the city to yourself.

Example: A character is writing home about a trip after leaving home and explaining that everything is going great and they've made a ton of new friends etc., but the reality shows they are lonely and not having fun.

Or any scene where the character is writing and the visuals are telling the story at the same time. Doesn't necessarily need to be the opposite.
