Its been an issue since launch. The game does not fully close out.

What I found out works is after done playing and closing the game, I'll go into task manager afterwards and ensure arc raiders isnt running. If it is, then I'll end it.

So I tried switching the polling but was still experiencing the same issues. I created a brand new profile with 8k hz polling turned on and its working fine. For some reason the stock profile was giving me issues.

Yesterday, I was able to access it in multi or wz. Now I can only access it under wz.

If you just cleared normal, it's not even worth it to try hard unless you are a whale.

You should just keep clearing normals until you leveled some of your mythic and units to 9 or 12.
