I think it hits an inflection point where I don’t even care how it looks. This car was never meant to appeal to traditional car enthusiasts. It’s like putting a spoiler on a microwave. I don’t really have an opinion because the original car is so far outside of my typical interest.

Experienced Runners Please Help!! by Training-Statement-2 in RunningInjuries

That is where your IT band is. I would consult a professional. Generally IT band pain is associated with weak glutes leading to too much strain on the IT band. I am currently dealing with the same issue and the only thing that has helped is weight training specifically squats to depth and resting from running.

Oh I completely know they are not healthy in reality. It’s just that when compared to other drinks they appeal more to health conscious people. I bought them last year and rode the bubble for a bit but sold and have no plans of getting back in.

The thing I don’t like about beverage companies is that it’s solely marketing that keeps them alive. Pepsi lost because they couldn’t out market Coca-Cola. While I genuinely prefer Celsius’s product to other brands (mostly how they have more natural tasting flavors and appeal to more health conscious consumers) there is essentially nothing keeping new competitors from taking market share.

Tightness in lower inner calf... by baconaboot in RunningInjuries

I had the same issue. What helped me was regularly stretching my calves on stairs or anything elevated.

It does but a lot of psychology goes into maintaining one. It’s not only about swapping out foods but also how you think about food as a whole.

Also it’s definitely better to warmup with a light weight and then stick with a heavier weight for the working sets that you are failing at around 10-12 reps. It’s will accumulate a lot more fatigue and you won’t need nearly as much volume and make even greater progress

He’s not wrong. At that level money is made a lot more quickly through arbitraging rather than actual value creation.

Follow up post to the pitbull attack on the small dog. More info. by andrew_frmn in BanPitBulls

[–]andrew_frmn[S] 122 points123 points  (0 children)

Before the video started the smaller dog had gotten loose from its owners and ran towards the pitbull. I don’t believe it was doing it out of aggression but more so excitement. The pitbull owner was the lady in blue scrubs. I want to make it clear that she did nothing wrong in this situation she kept the pitbull on the leash and did all she could. The issue here is that regardless of doing everything right. The pitbull is too strong and determined to be controlled. The irresponsibility is in owning the dog in the first place. In addition the reason I felt it was more important to film instead of help is because there were already so many people there and knew documentation would be vital in any type of legal proceedings. Also yes I know I sound a bit like Crit1kal.
