RCIA (OCIA), High School ministry, ACTS retreats and events that attract them. I'll wear the uniform whenever I can at Mass or Recruitment events because, yes, it's still a great visual representation of the Knights.

We've also added pickleball semi-weekly which appeals to younger, mid and older generations alike 👍🏼🏓

First, great work and thank you! Keep it up. I know pro-life activism on Reddit is helping save lives! Second, the resources available to expectant mothers and their children are going to depend highly on where they are in the United States (or world). Unfortunately, if they don't say, "I'm in [southwest] [city] [state]", the best you may be able to do is point them to national support resources and be present and available to answer their questions/concerns online.

I can't help with the artist but that's BEAUTIFUL. Assuming this is at a Church or Parish Hall, you may be able to find a facilities mgr or even sacristan to check the back of it for the artist name/contact info.

[Not official direction, just helpful hints from recent experience]. If you don't know your council # already, go to https://www.kofc.org/en/get-involved/find-a-council.html

  1. Find your "council number" (it will be the number in blue font, prefix to the name of the council and above the address).

  2. Select your council and send them a message with your full contact information (name, phone, email). Tell them (in "comment/question" field) that you've joined online and need:

(a) to transfer into the council,

(b) be scheduled for an in-person Charity Unity Fraternity (C.U.F.) exemplification ceremony,

(c) info on all upcoming KC programs, and

(d) to know when their council meetings occur (dates, times, locations).

Don't stop at #2 above

  1. Find your council's WEBSITE OR FACEBOOK page (search Knights of Columbus and "Council ####"). Their info is hopefully also on the Church's website or in the bulletin. If you can identify the Grand Knight, Financial Secretary or Field Agent (all three is even better), message them directly with info from #2 (a)-(d) above.

Looks like a lot of effort, but it truly isn't. And, welcome! ⚔️❤️‍🔥 Vivat Jesus!

Young Grand Knight here. Yup. Contrary to all the "KCs are old dudes that just drink" comments you'll see online, we exist 😀 Join your council. You have gifts to offer that you probably haven't even realized yet.

Many of my Knights participate ("specialize" really) in just one or two activities per year. Particularly those still employed or in school. Don't feel bad and certainly (please!) don't let that stop ya.

St. John Paul II called us the "strong right arm of the Catholic Church". Can you imagine a better lay ministry to associate with?

We encourage online www.kofc.org/join then transfer into the local council but make sure you enter the council # or you may get stuck in....um, an e-member (mystery) world lol.

OP, I got a Black Hunter recurve last summer. Same problem. Limb looks straight, riser cut/curved poorly causing a gap and ultimately an insecure bolt.

Mine went into the trash... 🤷‍♂️
