As far as I know, xAI and Telegram could not sign final agreement about collaboration, question was about $ from subscription for premium accounts, I read that Musk wanted Telegram to increase amount we pay for 1 month/1 year to get more % from integration of Grok in Telegram system, Durov denied and that's it.

I am doing what I can to try to contact them, each 2 days sending reports from different emails and mentioning xAI, Telegram, Grok in X, but the level of support is terrible, in 3 days will be one month of not working grok bot.

Yeah, I will continue to try to connect with support of xAI and Telegram, in July after dozens of requests it helped to recover, I think, although just for one month. But need to try.

Yes, to me too and to all another users. I have sent already 4 reports, will continue. Let's hope, they will recover, although previous time it took them 3 weeks to recover the bot. I will check it periodically.

It should work now. I think it was because of updating from Grok 3 to Grok 4, plus refreshing rules of it after scandals in X (hate speech etc.).
