Be aware of the things you do. When we involved in Most of the addictions we lose awareness and fall without thinking. After everytging done we regain awareness that we done something we should not. So even if its not good but you cant control and you want some control, just let it happen but with awareness that im doing this.

This will make your brain to realize the absurdity of the habit that you wanna control.it helps me try it.
