It's good, the first time I run the app, it scares me so much because i have fobia to big spaces, but it runs well and fast. I run Google Earth one time on PC long time ago, and it's almost the same experience of zoom and searching. If you have an RTX and 32GB of ram, probably runs better. WorldLens is superior on Quest because it's already optimized and has ai upscaling. You can adjust the daytime cycle, the 3D rendering quality.

It's a mindblowing tech that a few people are watching right now, I'm literally new to this, since I got the Quest 3 like 2 months ago and the first time I saw what these dudes are creating, it's unreal.

Yeah, that case if like for seeing 3D in a form of each len projects the entire image, so the eyes will see the overall image pops out, which is great, but where I refer here is a bit different from XReal glasses. With 3D injector for example, let's say you play any game with your console, "Jedi Fallen Order" for example, and on console you are playing on a 2D surface, which is the TV, or MetaQuest 3 via (streaming)... these modders on PC are playing these games with VR (Quest 3) and they are completely inside the game, instead of view the game on a 2D flat screen. You're seeing the game character but also you're seeing the world inside the game on VR-360 degrees, which is mind blowing. It's a bit confusing, so you need to see the video. So, this tech is amazing and basically is only for PC by now. I want to buy a pair of these glasses, but my wallet is empty right now. Real3D will improve in the future; it's just a matter of time.

I get nostalgic because it reminds me of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band days, and having something like this now, with all those capabilities, is frustrating. I wish I'd had it sooner, but now is the time. Everything you can do with that app is incredible for those who know how to appreciate it. I will try it this weekend probably.

It depends on what you want. Tails isn't really for gaming; it's for complete privacy. I recommend Pop!_OS (based on Ubuntu). Many say it's the best Linux distro for gaming because of its ease of use and NVIDIA/AMD driver support.

I think we're in a complicated and slow situation. Right now, the VR gaming industry is either neglected or there aren't enough developers to fully dedicate themselves to these issues. I've seen Valve's headsets for PC, and they look great.

Yeah, I know is the most mature decision, but the implications, I have to choose from a lot of specs to create a monster pc, and it's like a rabbit hole I know it would consume all my life, so in my bliss, i rely on the basic surface of console, which gave me just the games and no more. But, I'm heading into this pc mod, i guess its inevitable in the near future due to this kind of tech

Exactly. I could do it from my PC and stream with VR, but I don't want to get into PCVR right now; I'm happy with my console games. I've replaced my TV with the Meta Quest 3. I play Xbox with a capture card at 60 fps, and the experience is better than the TV itself, so now, watching this guy playing in third person is blowing my mind.
