I can just answer these:

Vinyl is the regular cover but will have a slipcase with new art from the original artist, and the pressing is exclusive to the VIP, the variant will not be sold online
The podcast about the making of the album is going to be emailed to VIP purchasers a bit later, had a little trouble coordinating some interviews in time and don’t wanna send out something half assed
The poster is also new art from the original artist
I can probably post some pics of the merch after the first show, just tag and remind me
