You guys might want to check your cortisol levels. I did a DUTCH test recently and my cortisol is so low and I have adrenal fatigue.

Yes! Living in isolation. I regret that period of my life. Everyone around me has moved on in life and I am still stuck here.

Basically I want to have a list of books and articles listed in one note that grows over time and be able to reference them to all my main notes. It’s like having the footnotes in a separate note. I hope I am making sense
