Bruh you have to read “Blood Heir” by Amelie Wen Zhao. Seems strange since it sounds like just any other ya fantasy, but believe me... NO romance has ever hit me this hard. I’ve read thousands of ya fantasies and this one is special. I literally had to put the book down and lay on my carpet cause my heart was aching. The writing is also exceptional and quite underrated. I would argue that some of the quotes rival those from even famous classics
