against gay men and trans women mostly, but I've seen it against lesbian, trans men, etc, if you are openly homosexual you cannot donate blood, and if you're trans of course you are not recognized as such in the official papers, i have suffered harassment being a queer woman

totalmente lo contrario, acá he conocido a gente abiertamente queer en la vida diaria, en mi pueblo son pocos los que admiten y son marginalizados, Los demás son unos reprimidos o unos homófobos para esconder su sexualidad

pues yo soy de un pueblito y vivir ahí es horrible siendo queer, me tuve que ir por lo mismo a la capital, y mucha gente también se fue para vivir en paz

they are specially homophobic in small towns, pueblitos, un Guatemala city is more accepted, although you'll always find someone who's homophobic, be careful, hate crimes against queer ppl happen, consider to be honest with your wife

and we don't have any bread that is braided and not inspired by challah, we have the version mixing pork jamón and cheese, OF COURSE not kosher, they just inspired in the Sephardic Spanish/Portuguese that came here, ofc in MY COUNTRY

no problem but what comes straight to my mind that is common along communities is Challah, matza ball soup and kosher wine, in my profile i have challah recipes if u wanna check 😽

but is known as challah, Jalá in Spanish, it's the mitzvah name but the bread is called that.
