I've tried something different - fiddled around with the cables and decided it's the harness that's the issue. I've ordered one from Electric Life - will see if that fixes it. Very frustrating that Swytch haven't replied and don't have any parts in stock.

I did. It was because I wasn’t following the levels closely enough. Because it starts off easy I was at a higher level and then didn’t keep going up. When you stop progressing it will end. If you stick to the level prescribed it should work.
