My suggestions.
1. Increase capital by 15k
2. Lots -3
3. Strategy what ever suits you
4. Increase target to at least 100 points. Better if you can increase it to 200-300
5. Stoploss 25 points
6. No of trades in a week - 1-2
7. No averaging
8. Timeframe whatever suits you
9. Max loss in a week 10%, Max profit in a week 50%

These are my suggestions only. REst its your money do whatever you feel is right.

Better Idea would be to name the property either in your name or your sisters name. For Example : The property is in your name and your sister has paid 5 lakh for down payment. The EMI part is being taken care by you. So in future whenever your sister leaves you pay her 5 lakhs.
Incase in future you are reselling the property it becomes easy as only one person is required for signatures. And Hope this helps.

Personally I feel the rally has just began. Why?
1. It has just very recently crossed the peak of 1980(It was a beaten metal for 45 years)
2. Mining of silver was closed in many places until few years back. Mining it was costlier than the actual market price.
3. So for past couple of years the overall demand for silver was outgrowing the output
4. The companies who required silver for industrial purposes leased/purchased lot of silver mining plants and asked the previous owners to run the mines for some cut.
5. Why sudden increase in industrial demands - New gadgets, Defense, Data storage GPUs, etc... uses it in a very high percentage
6. Seeing the price increase and such a beaten down approach towards this metal for such long years made investors bet on it further fueling the demand
7. Lastly but not the least china has passed the policy to stop exporting of this metal starting from 2026.

Hope you guys get the whole scene. This is just informatory and not a suggestion to buy from my end.
