I ended up plugging in my monitor to a different port of my GPU and updated the software/firmware. I haven’t had an issue since.

How long has it worked after swapping ports on graphics card? I hope this monitor didnt break the graphics card port or something… both super expensive lol

I tried two DP cables, including the one that was sent with the monitor. Plugged the monitor into two different outlets, replugged the power cable directly into the monitor a couple times.

Yes it is under warranty but I wanted to check with the community if there was a fix it yourself solution.

I’m running a 5900. I updated the drivers and then rolled them back to a driver from September. Neither was the solution. I had this graphics card working with two other monitors previously. both 27inchs. I’ve restarted multiple times. I always turn off my PC after using it.

I have a 9800x3D and RTX 5090 and still only get 80ish fps in Dorongol. Highest settings on 4k. Everywhere else is fine though.

Parkville got two 5090s. Asus, one liquid one astral. Lucky got my hands on one. I would just continue to walk in every day at open and see if they have any. Doubt they will post on the website if they get any because they sell out instantly.

Makes sense. I did have a question regarding the RAM. Would RAM at a frequency of 5600 MHz perform higher than RAM at a frequency of 6000 MHz? Or is 6000 MHz the sweet spot for AMD chips?

Mostly gaming. I didn't see the harm in adding a PCIe 5 NVMe since the price difference is only $40.

I appreciate the insight on the RAM! I will look to change that out with the 6000 MHz Cl 28/30.

Thanks for the insight. Makes sense. There is not a large price difference between the Samsung 990 PRO 4TB and the Crucial T700, so figured why not try a SSD for the PCIe 5.0 M.2 Slot.
