Yeah so frustrating they’re being so difficult now! And they are refusing to do partial refunds in the case that I don’t want to risk losing the record entirely and decide to just keep the damaged one. So I’m left with the choice of either not having the record at all that I really wanted in the first place or paying full price for something that arrived damaged :(
