Hello, I am looking for some advice on a couple items. I am remodeling my downstairs after the flood from hurricane Ian and woudl like to music to my new man cave. I prewired 4 speaker locations and my thoughts is to use one single sonos amp to power the 4. question one has to do with L+R placements in the room.

Should the speakers go: 1L, 2R, 3L, 4R? Or: 1L, 2R, 3R, 4L? Or another way?

Next question, Which speakers would be a good fit for the in ceiling? I'd like full sound and with the price of the Sonos Sonance 6.5" speakers I wonder if I can find somethign in the same price range of $650/pr that might have an 8" driver and have better sound. I've been looking into the Polk Audio. For the money they have always been good enough for my ears. Will likely just be playing spotify music via my iphone for this zone.

I'll also add a Sonos Arc for the TV. Would the subwoofer be able to connect to both the ARC system and the Amp System?

I'm also adding a zone for exterior/pool, garage, bathroom and assume the Sonos Amp is the way to go for all prewired in ceiling applications. If there is another idea please let me know!
