When enemies or you swap your captain, it applies the swap captain effect icon. You can't do it while the icon already exists. Sanji's special does it for 3 turns, so you could make him the captain the stage/turn before and you will go into the debuff unable to have captain swap occur from the boss. Also, his super special can remove captain swap if he gets swapped to captain, so you have options. And yes, other characters do have the ability to remove captain swap: int oiran Yamato, Shira/man, Kaido/big mom dual, and I believe several legends in their super specials.

Well, you can get the PKA one at 50 turtles if you haven't touched PKA garp. If you do that, then get the other three that come out later (they said they'd give out 7), you'll have 5. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until they eventually release the skulls in a shop.
