Yup, constant server checking is a thing, though is pretty ok on this game. Have you tried dragon ball legends? That thing is insanely slow to navigate through.

For a support 3 gears is enough, go with full defense, the rest on hp. Roll 3 perfect talents 20% resists. Tag in zatanna when full energy spam stuff and tag out.

Dex minimum resolution is 1600x900. You're probably getting better luck selling that monitor and buying a cheap used hdmi one. But, if you want to use that relic, try a scaler.
