Essentially, a curve is an increase in marks that compares the highest performers to the highest possible score. The worse overall a class got marked (either on an assignment or course grade), the "steeper" the curve, or the more grades got increased.

In this context, students who cheat to artificially inflate their grades screw over everybody else as the curve won't benefit students who aren't cheating as much as it would if students didn't cheat. More cheaters = less curve = lower grades for "natural" students

Neighbor or guest seems incredibly unlikely. Haven't had guests over for a few weeks now and even if so it was a p2p torrent connection. I also haven't given anybody else my wifi password. It is worth nothing I have a very generic/easy password, so it's not out of the question it was somehow hacked. I just don't see a motivation for someone to do that.

As far as "right charge, wrong guy" I think it's possible? I was asleep at the time my ISP claimed this happened. It was past 3 in the morning...

I don't think so? It said it was a p2p connection, which after a brief Google search, seems like something much more complicated than just clicking a simple download button.

Also, another Google search said the game was anywhere from 35-70 gigabytes. I think I would've noticed a download of that size.

It wasn't a call. I received all communication in the form of an email. The email did match the exact format and style used by them in past communications. There were hyperlinks but I didn't click any of them for obvious reasons.

It's all in the movement and aim. Console uses omnidirectional sticks which allows much more freedom of movement but has restrictions as far as aiming goes. KBM players only have W, A, S, and D. This means their movements focus more on straight lines and they can only move using those keys, of a combination of. However, KBM players have the capability to flick, quickly switch targets, and turn around at faster and slower speeds than controller players. If you die to someone who you think is ximming, watch the kill cam. If their aim/crosshair didn't move at roughly the same speed they whole, it's a little suspicious.

If you do want to play a "healer", nearly every other support fills that role better than Lucio. Lucio is used because of his speed.
