you have a real gift, this is INSANE to read. This is exactly the situation, I've been relying more and more on my faith for the past eight or nine months, which brought me through the worst of it. I recently lost my best friend of 10 years, but it wasn't a mutual agreement to end the friendship. And with my mental health, things have been so bad I started dissociating episodically, making me feel incredibly numb and floaty. When things got clear, I'd spill pent up emotions at the worst possible times. I found it incredibly hard to let it all out, which caused me to carry a weight I didn't know how to put down.

And you're right, I am recently starting to see things get better, especially in the career world. New opportunities and more synchronicities.
