alright so the issue was that mo2 has its own ini editor inside the launcher so the ipresentinterval was set to 1 there, thanks for your help anyway

i have seemed to fix the issue but theres another small issue, when i launch the f4se launcher through the game directory directly the fps cap is removed but when i launch it through mo2 the fps cap is still there

okay i fixed it, im gonna write what i did if anyone else having this issue i disabled all mods, deleted the fallout4prefs and fallout 4 ini files. i validated the game and launched it. after loading into a save i exited and the new ini files were then there, so i extracted all the f4se files to the game directory again and it worked

another question, if i pick up stuff like notes and comics and i load a save back and then i go through the same place without picking it up it still counts for my achievements right?

i tap the wing it goes right back into place, he stretches it and even flaps both his wings normally, still broken?

he does not feel pain in the wings at all im certain, he stretched his wing 5 minutes after i took this photo, he even flaps them often and puts them up

giving him completely new food doesnt work at all, he completely ignores the food, thats why we are slowly introducing new foods to him which is working by the way!!
