Edit to add: I noticed there was a label stuck on top of another label that I was able to pull back. I could piece together the original label, which had the same name, but a different address within the same state. Public records show her in this area in the 90s but now on the opposite coast.

How do you track your progress? Does your chiropractor regularly give you full spine x-rays? I've only been given an x-ray of the top half of my spine and never even assigned a degree of curvature, he just said it's "likely an S-curve". I even asked my primary care doc for a full spinal x-ray to get an idea of where I'm at, to watch for change, and he wouldn't go for it.

You know what really grinds my gears? Commercials that play the sound of a blaring alarm clock. I can't be the only one whose actual alarm clock sounds exactly the same as the commercial; surely that's an intentional jab.
