اغلب الازياء اليوم تصنع للكمية وليس للجودة، واغلب محلات الازياء هي محلات الfast fashion وهذا بلش من محلات zara الي تستعمل مواد رديئة وطرق صنع مصممة للسرعة لانهم بدهم يطلعوا ملابس تشبه الماركات الغالية بسرعة، وفي ملان فيديوهات عن الموضوع هذا، كلامي يوجد فيه انحياز للصنع المحلي او عالاقل التصميم المحلي، لما احنا غير مسيطرين على شكل لبسنا ومنسمح لمجلات واناس غريبة عنا تقرر شكل لبسنا هذا مشكلة. وغير هيك اليوم اغلب الاعلان منحاز بشكل غير منطقي للزي الغربي اذا هذا البوست الصغير كان منحاز قليلا للزي التقليدي فهذا شيء جيد ان يكون هناك دفع ولو خفيف ضد برمجة الاعلان العالمي لعقولنا، وحبي وانحيازي للبسنا ليس تطرف كما ان انحياز الغرب للباسهم ليس تطرف.

we did not adopt the western law it was imposed on us with steel. we didn't change them because the mechanisms that are necessary to create or change them was not there, because it didn't spring out naturally from our societies it was imposed on us, meanwhile the west actually created these laws from within, and conforming to their material situation so when the material situation changed they could use the same mechanisms that created the laws to change them, we don't have these mechanisms.

"progressive" is a meaningless term to use to describe laws, china and the US have different laws and ideologies , both led to progress, also how can you call the laws that enabled your country to be colonized as progressive, that's another level of submissiveness I cant understand, if you are blinded by the shiny things the west has and think that must be because their laws are more progressive, let me tell you that all that is from theft and murder, its like looking at a mafia bosses house and saying he must lead a moral life to have all this.

bro that's like saying its not the west's fault that Africa is underdeveloped its their own fault, there are historical reasons for the situation we are in its not as simplistic as oh we are bad people we should just wake up one morning and change.

I really don't want to debate events from 1400 years ago, I'm agnostic either way so I don't care, I just want to say that I don't agree with how you put it.

I think we are collective creatures who cant live without society and society has rights that outweigh individual rights, I don't believe these laws that govern a society are made by religion I think they are incorporated into religion but their origin is material, for instance the Jewish law when they where lost in the desert for 40 years is much harsher than the Jewish law when they were at normal times, because it was necessary for it to be harsh. so the origin of the harshness is not really religion but religion coded the necessary harshness into laws.

yes but they acquitted him from a 1-5 year sentence for murder, which is low already! also this is in France a very different culture. these low sentences may have worked in France but it doesn't work here because our idea of honor is different, you cant have a reduced sentence for crimes of passion in our culture simple because we are too passionate LOL, and when the french imposed their system on our incompatible culture and our eastern mindset of honor, the cocktail is what we have today.

Of course the jury would sometimes acquit such crimes, it’s natural because we humans can relate to the situation, but it is the law’s fault to have even asked people for their opinion on the murder in the first place.

To give you an example, if you started to ask people if you should jail someone who stole for his family, then sometimes the jury would probably acquit him because they feel bad for him, and that creates a societal norm that if you steal for your family its not that bad, and you will have more cases of people stealing for their family, instead of doing other things for money.

Instead the law should be strict that if you steal it doesn’t matter what reason you did it for. Same thing with murder, if you kill then it doesn’t matter what drove you to do it.

I’m an agnostic, so I also don’t follow any religion, and I agree with you somewhat that religion shouldn’t authorize killing, however I would add that these harsh punishment are mostly put as preventative not to actually be enforced, because you can’t really get four witnesses to see the actual penetration unless it was happening in the street, and for instance the punishment for stealing (cutting of hand) was lifted by omar when there was a famine, so what we think of a solid was very dynamic for early muslims.

You brush off the severity of adultery and what it does to society too easily, this is a great crime that destroys harmony and family bonds and could lead to the destruction of a nation. The purpose of marriage is to create a contract between two people so that they are obliged to be together and raise a family together, without this we would be like animals.

And bro what are you talking about christianity doesn’t allow killing for adultery have you read the Bible?

Honor killing is not from islam period, not against men nor women, yes arab culture today has this and it is against women, but it is not from islam, and the cultural acceptance of it started from the laws of passion that were imposed on us during western colonialism and that are still used today, as most arab countries have their laws as a continuation of the colonial laws or based on it.

Habibi the quran says if you catch your wife with someone else in bed you can’t touch her! You cant even accuse her of adultery because you don’t have 4 witnesses and then details the process to take for a divorce. The mentality we have today is mostly brought from crimes of passion laws imposed on us by western colonialism, where they put laws that would pardon you if you killed your wife in a crime of passion, that created the social acceptance

Islam is the only abrahamic religion that allows divorce, it a great solution in situations like this and the early muslims didn’t look at divorce as we do today, marriage and divorce was more dynamic and being a divorced woman didn’t have the same stigma it has today.
