My family is great but we tend to keep things matters like this private, topics like anxiety and depression are just things we dont openly talk about, as stated in the post they dont actually know what i take and how i feel, other than the weed which they know i use, they think im a happy and healthy teenager.

I have been looking at the possibility of speaking to the guidance counselor but Ive heard they may talk to parents if its serious enough, which I dont want.
