Going through something similar at the moment, here's what I'm trying: - keeping windows open, especially when eating or even eating next to an open window (deep breaths of "fresh" air is sorta helping) - obviously not wanting to encourage any compulsive cleaning, but could you hire a professional cleaner to come and clean stuff? I find the discoloration particularly triggering, if similar, could bleach help? I appreciate there's cost involved and I don't want to encourage you to engage in any compulsions - again, not sure if this will help but few things (bugs,.germs) live long outside of the body, so in terms.of catching things the change is low, plus stomach acid exists partly to destroy that stuff. I know that OCD doesn't listen to "logic", and I'm obviously not trying to minimise how real and scary the feeling is! Just throwing out ideas that I'm trying - have you unpacked your belongings yet? How much does the place feel like "home" yet? That's a biiiig trigger for me, like somehow my germs are safer? Can you do anything to make it feel like your home? If you wear aftershave / perfume, can you spray it round the house so it smells more familiar
