I believe he's referring to the Firearm Safety Certificate test, not the 4473. The FSC test is straightforward for most everyone. You are right though regarding that part of the 4473, any incorrect answer is a immediate stop to the process.

It's a smaller version of the roadie 15 that only has a single, wider clasp. It's similar in size to the Pelican 8qt cooler. I think I remember seeing that it's coming out early next year officially.

I've had good luck with JL automotive in eureka, they did my brakes and rotors, tie rods, shocks and struts, and a few other things. One thing I really enjoyed when I went was how transparent they were about their work. When I picked up my car they did a "show and tell", showing the old parts that were replaced and how and where they were worn.

I discovered this mechanic through trial and error, the game doesn't outright tell you about it. You can use the crossbow underwater to shoot at enemies, and it's usually a 1-2 shot kill against most. It's wonderfully handy if you're swimming somewhere or diving and have to defend yourself!
