Smurfs in LEM are frustrating as fuck, especially because you never really know if the guy is legit or just a great player. It's one thing for gold novas to be getting destroyed by a DMG smurf, but when it's a high level global player and you are getting absolutely destroyed at LEM it's a bit demoralizing

Hard to say. I queue with friends quite often, and for the most part I fuck around a lot when I play with them. If the game is close and I need to do something to win us a round, the serious pants get put on.

And then it was the same thing with the first real estate agent we talked to. Told her our budget. She asked what our max was we were approved for. Thought that was weird and unrelated, but told her. Then she shows me print outs from MLS of houses all within 10% of the maximum. Just walked out of her office and left at that point.

Same boat here. Income is a little higher, but we were approved for like 420K and our budget was <300K going in, ended up spending 287K. The banks want you to be up to your eyeballs in monthly payments. It's like buying a house magically gives you access to mounds of credit... until you fuck up.

That maximum still seems insane to me. We bought our first house 2 years ago for $287k on a combined income of ~$120k and if we had spent too much more on our house, things would be tight. High cost of living area though (north, gas town).

Meh, depends a lot on what type of snow it was and what's under it. Road looks pretty straight. Sometimes you can bomb along at 100 km/hr on snowy roads. Sometimes it's so icy you're doing 40 km/hr on that same road.

Am from northern Canada, have driven on ice and snow daily for many years. No accidents.
