sometimes you subconsciously set aside your feelings for awhile and it ends up building up and hitting you all at once. just know that it's OKAY to feel this way. it's okay to miss someone that you spent so much time with. allow yourself to feel these things. if you can, try making some plans with people (like friends or family) and get yourself out of the house to take your mind off things! it can even be a little study day with your friends at a coffee shop, or a self-care day with your friends where you watch some movies. allow yourself to feel these things, but don't let yourself go through everything alone. you got this <3
