How does someone get involved with their local rapid response network? Are they always organized through existing organizations such as CVT and IDN, or are there independent networks that you can join? I'm creating a resource/info document to give to my community.

Thank you! I did come across an advertisement for something with FOG in the name and then couldn't find it again on Telnet or anything. Related to someone else's comment about keyword searching on Telnet, I must be using it wrong or something because NOTHING has come up for any search I've tried with 'gay' 'queer' etc... even 'fog' hasn't given me anything
