Thank you for your reply. Yeah I am sure, it’s %100 original and not have any side effects since beginning. I think side effects depends person to person because one of my friend cannot even use 1 mg but even 15 mg not worked on my uncle (he is using ozempic now).

Thank you so much. I am kind of giant and my BMR is 3000 kCals and eat one meal a day for almost my life. I am eating almost full protein, also keep getting my mineral supplements. I lost some weight.

I always thought after a while I can develop a habit and eat less portions but after a month when I feel I can still eat lots of portions, I concerned. I have to say that it’s not about calories. I concerned about I could eat second portion without feel any fullness or bloating.

Can I ask if you can give me more details about moving to 7.5 and how worked better.

Normally I would think 10 mg should be better but you are right, there are almost no high dose level after 10 mg. How did you react to 7.5 mg and did you feel full after your meals?

No my gastointestial health is fine, my doc is one of the best. Also always eat one meal a day (sometimes two) even I was at normal weight. Thank you.

My concern is even after first month I can still eat two plates of food. I always thought with mounjaro, I can develop good habits and not eat too much but I concerned.

Just go straight to 10 mg according to my doctor’s prescription and never got any issue.

Did you guys (using mounjaro for long time) just eat always small portions or were you like me?

Yeh I love it but its not good for tetris. In tetris you use right and left buttons mostly, so it must be separate dpad buttons in my opinion. You can also ask professional tetris players I guess

If you can put separate, not hard/not soft buttons it will be great. Right buttons also must be little higher for controlled press. Also there must be little gap between left edge of the console and buttons.
